Here, in the Personal Development Land, you’ll find out how to:
- Radiate confidence
- Set and achieves goals
- Forget about depression
- Deeply connect with other people
- Take action
- Gain the respect of others, and much more!
So how do you do it? How do you achieve this greater you? It’s simple: All you need is commitment and my advice, which is available here in the form of articles. But the really juicy parts will be sent by email when you subscribe (you’ll also get access to my free guide, The Morning Ritual, which is a great way to start your personal development journey.)
But why should you listen to me?
Because I am just like you. Although I am just 23, I must say that I feel like I’ve been asleep for all my life, until recently. I don’t recall making too many important decisions in my life all by myself. I don’t recall having great success in any area, or incredible results. All I remember is the time I woke up, a while ago.
The image that I was seeing was not great at all: I didn’t have many friends, or any income (except from the financial support my family provided), or a lot of experience with the opposite sex, or many life achievements that I could be proud of. I was a boring, dull, quiet person. I was like a stone. You could put me at a table full of people, and I would just sit in my corner, doing nothing other than listening and approving. I had nothing to contribute, nothing to share, and nothing to help out with. I was useless. Everyone around me did something and lived their lives, but I seemed to be stuck in one place, doing nothing. It was horrible.
But that couldn’t go on for long, could it? So I’ve decided to make a change in my life. I wanted to have more friends, and more people with whom to talk and relate. I wanted to find a way to make some money, since Law didn’t attract me anymore (I’m a Law student). I wanted to discover new places, new people, I wanted something thrilling in my life, something worth living for.
I longed for a better life, a life that deep inside of me, I knew I deservered.
So the change began. It took me some time, but I can now say I’m not the person I used to be anymore. My life is different now, and I’m very happy with myself and my accomplisments.
I watched tons of seminars, read many books and eBooks on the matter, and talked with lots of successful people about this subject. That helped me a lot, and now I can help you too.
Oh, I almost forgot: I’m an analytic guy; I tend to get into my head quite often, and although I can’t always make it go away, I found out how to accept it, and make it work for me. (Yes, it’s possible.)
So, are you feeling the same way as I did? Can you truly justify the time you’ve been alive? Can you sincerely tell anyone that all of the years since you’ve been in this world, that you have done something to grow as a person (consciously or unconsciously)? Are you living your life to the fullest?
If not, (and it’s not a shame to admit it, of course), then this is the perfect place where you can wake up to reality and make a difference in your life, because honestly, you’re the only one who can. All I can do is to guide you, and that’s what I’m oferring to do anyway.
But what exactly helped me to achieve this greater me? It’s simple: I learned to maintain a good life routine that would push me to take action, I found out how to eliminate my lack of self-confidence that kept me in one place, how to see the real world and how things really work, how to connect deeper with other people and how to finally achieve my long ago set goals!
As a bonus, everyone began to respect me more, and some now even seek advice from me. I must say, it’s a fantastic feeling!
So why don’t you learn to develop and transform yourself too, like I successfully did?
Imagine how great life would be, when you’re at the end of your life, to look back in time like watching an old video tape and be proud of your achievements? Most people in this world are born to die, born not to make a difference. Why not be in the elite group of people who do make a difference, even if only in their lives?
All you have to do is to subscribe below and you’ll start receiving the advice you need to achieve this. It’s that simple.
What exactly will you get when you subscribe?
Let’s have a look at what you’ll get immediately after you sign up for my emails:
a) You’ll get your free guide The Morning Ritual, in which I show you an easy morning routine that puts you into a great mindset and makes you take action (therefore reducing the never ending procrastination);
b) You’ll receive my advice and useful tips by email, which are like the articles written by me. I usually also put a link in each email to various other stuff, like videos, more articles, insights, and whatnot.
c) You’ll sometimes get a recommendation of a good eBook or course which I have tested myself and believe in, that will make things much easier for you. As I said, this will only happen sometimes, not that often, and it won’t take up all the email, just a small part of it. So rest assured, you won’t be on another one of those “promotional lists.” That’s a promise!
All you need to do is subscribe, and I’ll give you the tools to finally change yourself, once and for all!
How are my emails different from anyone else’s emails?
Being a simple kind of guy, I like to do everything in a simple and easy to understand matter. When I explain a principle, I don’t try to look smart by using jargon or hard to understand examples: I cut straight to the chase, and maybe this is what sets me apart from lots of people in the personal development industry.
What changes should you expect to experience after reading my emails? Here’s my opinion:
1) You’ll be a goal achiever, not just another goal-setter!
2) You’ll learn to master procrastination and take action now, not tomorrow!
3) You’ll be much more confident in youself and your abilities;
4) You’ll eliminate the limiting beliefs that stand in the way of your success;
5) You’ll connect with other people better, and have more positive influence over them;
6) You’ll have the ability to see the real world, not the social matrix you were conditioned to live in.
How often will you receive your emails?
I’ll email you every few other days, but not daily! I like to write long emails that need time to be written, so I can’t write one each day without sacrificing the quality. Also, I don’t like bombarding people’s inboxes, so rest assured, no spam behavior will take place.
So what are you waiting for? Subscribe below and embark on your life changing journey today. I promise it will be the ride of your life!

Don’t let the False Hope Virus get to you
It didn’t take a long time for many people in the personal development community to become infected with this virus, but I never thought it would spread this far or fast.
The False Hope virus is just as its name implies: It creates feelings of false hope in people regarding their personal development, which can cause major problems if not treated promptly. It’s much like any other virus save for one crucial element: It can’t be controlled or treated by a doctor. The only ones who can treat it are the infected themselves.
I must also add that this virus primarily affects people new to personal development, who are much like newborns with low immunities and therefore more prone to infection. They end up deluding themselves with false hopes and, in the end, they give up. However, today I will show you how this virus manifests itself and what you can do about it. Let’s start.
The Symptoms
It makes you falsely attribute secondary benefits
The first way the virus manifests is that it causes you to link secondary benefits to the actual ones. For example if you want to lose weight, the actual benefit is that you’ll be healthier, more attractive and more confident, right? Wrong. The False Hope Syndrome gently whispers to you that you will also have better results at school or work, become more popular or even give you the idea that it will cause you to have more and better sex.
Let’s examine the situation a little: Are people who lose weight more confident? No, not directly. Is losing weight going to give your results at school or work a boost then? Once again, not directly. However, your improved confidence will make you strive to perform better at work or school, but that’s not a direct result of losing weight. You won’t be more productive just by being a few sizes smaller, that’s for sure
It makes you think that it will be easy, go quickly and that the results will exceed your expectations
There are people who will tell you that this is true, but that’s closer to an advertisement than it is to reality. There is no such thing as being both easy and achieving incredible results. That just doesn’t align with the laws of the universe. If a change for the better would be easy and simple, then everyone would do it. That’s not the case, so it’s clear that the situation is not as simple as it seems.
This ideal usually comes from someone trying to market a product. Often, salesmen and marketers will tell you the reason is that it’s so simple, won’t take up a lot of your time and that you’ll see great results is because of its price. They say: “Hey, I couldn’t sell this for $499 if it was just an ordinary product, could I?” Yes you could, Mr. Salesman, and you’ll do it often, I’m afraid.
It lures you into thinking it’s a once and done activity
Nothing is forever and change is no exception to the rule. Coming back to our weight loss example, the virus tricks you into believing that once you reach your goal weight, you’re done. Is this really true? I mean, have you ever seen someone losing weight and then eat like a lion while still maintaining a great figure? I didn’t think so. This is just the False Hope Syndrome taking effect.
People anchored in reality know that once the goal is reached, it will take at least the same effort to maintain it. That’s why business people will often say “Reaching the number one spot is easy, it’s staying there that’s the hardest part.”
It makes you set the bar too high
Even if it’s obvious, it’s one of the most common symptoms and maybe that’s why people overlook it. Motivational quotes like “You can move mountains” are just quotes, not facts. Thinking you can lose 50 pounds in 30 days is not only far-fetched, but it’s unhealthy too.
Now that we’ve had a look at the major symptoms, let’s take a look at the recommended cure.
The Remedy
Don’t trust the ad, ask the buyer instead
When you set a goal and someone has some kind of financial interest in the whole game claims something, take it with a grain of salt. Instead, seek out people who were in the same spot as you a while ago and ask how things went for them.
If this is the case with an online product, try to find honest reviews of it. I know, I know, these days each eBook has thousands of these so called “unbiased reviews” but in reality, if just 1% of these were true that would be great. The way to spot the truly genuine reviews is to listen to ones that come from experts.
Another way, in case you don’t know the reviewer, is to see if it’s objective or not. If the person continually keeps telling you it’s great and has no cons, than you’re just on another “Make cash quickly by deceiving people” website. Leave quickly. In addition, check out forums where people discuss these products, as they typically give their honest opinions regarding their experience with them.
Avoid emotionally attaching yourself to the benefit
Don’t start dreaming about the outcome. This can easily lead to emotional attachment, which is what the False Hope Virus loves. It then takes you to a ride on the dreaded emotional rollercoaster, which isn’t pleasant at all.
Don’t put too much emphasis on the outcome either. If you reach your goal then that’s great. If not, then you can try again from the beginning but this time you will have the benefit of your prior experience. When you can master detaching yourself from the outcome and just letting go, your body slowly becomes immune to the virus and you’ll be cured.
Always keep an eye out for different solutions
Don’t think for a second that a problem will have just one solution. There are always other opportunities lined up, just waiting for you to grab them and turn them into a reality. Once again with our weight loss example, a specific diet is just one of the hundreds or even thousands available. If the one you tried first didn’t work out, then there’s always another one waiting in line.
Also, remember the saying “Different strokes for different folks”? Just because a friend recommends you a diet that worked for them, that doesn’t mean that it will work for you. Everyone’s bodies are different and different diets will have different effects on each and every person that tries them.
Look in the mirror and tell yourself the truth
Do yourself a favor and be honest, you’ll only hurt yourself if you imagine that you can miraculously transform yourself overnight. It’s just not how things work around here. Maybe in a parallel universe, but not on planet Earth.
So my advice here is to weigh out each goal individually and then see if it holds water. Can it be reached in the amount of time claimed? If not, then you just need to tame that lion a little bit. If your goal was the originally unrealistic 50 pounds in 30 days, why not make it 50 pounds in 60 days instead? A single month is nothing when the average person experiences over 800 of them.
There you have it, an overview of one of the most devastating viruses ever to strike the self-improvement community, together with its remedy. But the question remains: Can you spot if you’re infected, reach the help kit, pull out the syringe and, with your teeth shaking, and administer yourself the vaccine? Because you’re the only one who can do it.

Is there really a magic pill or is it just one big fat lie?
From the dawn of civilization, people were always looking for that magic pill, that secret medicine that will put everything they desire on a silver plate, beautifully inwrought with diamonds and rubies, rolled down on a ray of sunshine, straight from Heaven itself.
The personal development community is no different. Its inhabitants are always on the lookout for a revolutionary, “push of a button” solution that will somehow (magically perhaps?) help them to achieve whatever they set their creative minds to.
But such a thing doesn’t exist. And no, I’m not sent by the “Magic Pill Committee” on some sort of conspiracy mission which aims at sweeping under the rug the existence of such a pill, so we, the Magic Pill owners, could keep it for ourselves. There really isn’t one. Look all you want, but all you’ll find are people trying to sell you one (isn’t that ironic?).
So, what do you do now, after you’ve found out that everything is just a myth, sugar-coated with great bonuses by sales people who are consistently trying to persuade you into buying it?
Well, you could start panicking, surrender to depression and hope for the best in life (that’s what most people do, anyway). Or you could create your homemade version of the Magic Pill. Yes, you heard me correctly. You can be an apothecary yourself, and you don’t even need to go through pharmacy school. I’ll teach you how, but please, don’t tell anybody, I don’t want the FDA all over me.
Okay, now let’s see how this pill is made.
The Ingredients
So what do we put in the Magic Pill, you might ask. Well, here’s my secret recipe:
1 big scoop of “Get off your rear end, and do something”;
1 big scoop of failures that naturally come with the first ingredient;
1 pinch of confidence that it will work (just for the flavor);
Let’s analyze the ingredients, shall we?
The “Get off your rear end, and do something” ingredient is the hardest one to add. What it really means is getting out of your comfort zone, or stretching it as much as possible. It’s hard, it’s daunting, but it can be done (after all, we’ve sent people to the Moon, haven’t we?). The best way is to start doing something each day that pushes your comfort zone boundaries bit by bit.
I know it sounds easy in theory, but it’s easy in practice as well. Remember “something that is not started cannot be finished”. Your best bet right now is to go out and do something that relates to your goal, even if it’s (apparently) meaningless to you. In time, it will build momentum, and you’ll start doing things you wouldn’t dream of not so long ago.
Next are the failures. They give the Magic Pill its consistency. Without them, you wouldn’t learn anything new, and the Magic Pill would suddenly become ..… not so magical anymore. Don’t worry if you have too many of them at first. It’s normal.
The key is not only to have failures, but to learn from each one of them. The great thing about failures is that they instill in us invaluable lessons, even if they aren’t always breakthroughs. Everything you learn from your personal experiences is better encrypted into your brain, easier to remember and more useful in general.
Lastly, we add some confidence into the mix. Confidence is like salt, you put it into everything. So, you have to put it in here too, otherwise it won’t taste as good. Remember when you ate something without salt in it? You just wanted to throw the food away, right? The same goes with the Magic Pill. If you don’t put a pinch of confidence in it, it won’t be so tempting to swallow….. you’ll want to flush it down the toilet.
Administration
So you’ve prepared the pill. Now you’re probably wondering how often you should take it? Well, it’s recommended among specialists that you need one per day for good results. That translates into the fact that you should work on what you wish for each day.
The idea behind this general guideline is that if you work each day on your goals or missions, in time the small bits will create a mountain. It’s also easier to deal with whatever you have to deal with if it’s broken down into smaller, digestible chunks.
Also, you have to take it for a longer period of time. Remember the saying, “Rome wasn’t built in a day”? The same goes for the Magic Pill. You have to take it each day for much more than a mere month or so before you’ll see palpable results. Although this sounds discouraging, that’s how things work in the real world….. really.
Possible Side-Effects
Can a Magic Pill have side effects? I mean, after all, it’s “magical”. Well, it does. Let’s take a look at them (you might be surprised).
The first thing you’ll notice is that things in other areas will become easier to accomplish as well. Let’s say you want to be better at talking and communicating with people. Once you get some success in this area, the confidence that you’ll gain will propel you in other fields as well. All of a sudden, things in your life will seem much easier to do, which is a great side effect, don’t you agree?
Another thing you’ll see is that people tend to give you more importance, more authority. Sometimes they even surrender to you. Out of the blue, people will kneel down when they see you and, as a result of the king (or queen) that you’ve become, they’ll obey and respect your points of view, no matter what you say or do. That’s how powerful this Magic Pill can be.
And this is only because you had the courage to try new things out; tying yourself to the railway tracks and waiting for the “Failure Express” to come and tear you apart. But guess what? You’ll survive to tell the story, and people will be eagerly queuing up to hear it.
“But doc, what if I take too many of them?”
You’re talking about an overdose, aren’t you? Well, rest assured, there is no such thing with the Magic Pill (who knows, maybe that’s why it’s called Magical in the first place). In fact, you can swallow a whole bunch of them and you won’t harm yourself, you’ll just boost your success.
However, be careful not to fall into the ridicule zone. Failing is normal, but don’t overdo it just for the sake of it. It should come from a mindset of experiencing, testing new things out, not deliberating trying to flop.
So, the bottom line is that the Magic Pill does exist (I guess that makes me a liar, doesn’t it?), but you have to make your own and not try to buy it from someone else. I gave you the recipe, however, are you willing to expand your comfort zone, fail miserably in the process, but still believe in yourself that you can pull it off?
